Tuesday through Friday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Saturday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Chicken Pot Pie with Vegetables & Puff Pastry
Tender poached white meat chicken in a rich chicken veloute sauce with organic carrots, pearl onions, celery, and peas. Topped with flaky puff pastry.

Chicken Piccata
Tender chicken cutlets sauteed in a lemon caper sauce.

Chicken Marsala
An Italian Classic, tender chicken cutlets are napped in a silky marsala wine-enriched pan sauce made with pancetta, mushrooms, and garlic. Serve with pasta of your choice dressed with extra virgin olive oil, garlic, and parmesan.

Chicken Cacciatore with Portobellos & Sage
A traditional hunter-style braised chicken breast cutlet in a silky red wine sauce. Serve by itself or along with your favorite pasta dressed with extra virgin olive oil, buttered egg noodles, or long grain rice.

Veal Piccata
Fresh Lancaster County Veal sauteed in a lemon caper sauce.

Veal Marsala
Fresh Lancaster County veal napped in a silky Marsala wine-enriched pan sauce made with pancetta, mushrooms, and garlic. Serve with pasta of your choice dressed with extra virgin olive oil, garlic, and parmesan.

Lamb Pasticcio
Italian-Style casserole with local, fresh-ground leg of lamb, roasted tomato, Parmigiano-Reggiano, fresh oregano and parsley, and ditalini pasta.

Hearty Meat Lasagna
This version is prepared with a Bolognese (meat sauce) of beef, pork, and organic tomatoes. A little bit of spicy Italian sausage is also added along with fresh basil, ricotta, parmesan, and mozzarella.

It is available in either a 4x8 loaf pan (2-3 servings only) or a 9x12 "half" pan (9-12 servings) for a family. Order the "half" pan if you like seconds or leftovers for lunch!

Baked Macaroni & Cheese
Tender pipette pasta baked in a creamy sauce of extra sharp Cheddar, Monterey Jack and Parmigiano-Reggiano topped with bread crumbs.

Red Chile Chicken Enchiladas
Tender white meat chicken is poached in a guajillo chile sauce, hand-shredded in corn tortillas, and topped with Monterey Jack Cheese.

Lamb Tagine
One of our specialties--tender, braised local leg of lamb in a flavorful Moroccan-style stew.

Shrimp Creole
Extra jumbo shrimp simmered in an aromatic broth seasoned with cumin, coriander, and just a pinch of cayenne along with onion, bell pepper and tomato. Excellent when served over rice.

Grilled Vegetable Lasagna with Pesto Ricotta**
Char Roasted Red Bell Peppers and Mushrooms, Caramelized Onions, Sauteed Baby Spinach, Marinara and Pesto Ricotta.

Chicken & Andouille Sausage Gumbo
Louisiana-style gumbo started with braised, bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs for best flavor, pain-stakingly hand-pulled to produce tender chicken mixed with spicy andouille sausage. Thickened with traditional gumbo file. Great weekend football game fare, excellent over rice.

Hearty Beef Stew
Hand-cut local chuck roast braised in a rich red wine sauce with red potatoes, organic carrots, peas, and fresh herbs.
